In 1993, the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of
Coral Springs needed help completing Phase II of its Tennis
Center. Because of their experience and first-rate reputation
within their respective fields, Steven Siems and Steven Westervelt
were invited to get in the game.
The installation was a success, the collaboration proved to
be a perfect match and Recreational Design and Construction
was formed. Several years later Joseph Cerrone and Mike Rozos
joined the firm. Joe, a licensed general contractor with an
architectural background, is an expert at managing vertical
and site construction companies. Mike, a parks and recreation
director for more than 25 years, has the unique ability to understand
exactly what the client wants and works ahead of the Design-Build
team developing solid relationships with old and new customers
alike.
Today,
RDC boasts a highly skilled team with more than 250 years of
combined hands-on experience. By partnering with an exclusive
network of designers, engineers, landscape, sports lighting
and other professionals, RDC brings a broad range of talent,
innovation and cost-savings experience to the table.
As the areas premier Design-Build firm for recreational
and public facilities, we believe our success stems from the
fact that we dont try to be all things to all people.
We simply concentrate on what we enjoy doingwhich also
turns out to be what we do best.

The goal of our design team is to match YOUR vision with the
industry's latest technological advances, materials and processes.
By addressing construction issues early in the design stage,
we sidestep many of the delays found in more traditional approaches.
For those rare projects that require out-of-the-ordinary design
expertise, we team with the most qualified specialists for that
particular area.
