Design/Build
has evolved into the construction method of choice by public
agencies throughout Florida. Recent surveys show that design-build
continues to be more cost effective and efficient than traditional
design-bid-build. Elected officials and public administrators
are sold on design-build, because it brings projects in
on time and within budget. |
